Yoga is a beautiful art form originated centuries ago as a discipline that has percolated down the years, into a lifestyle. Encompassing the mind, body and soul, people have taken up the discipline to find physical strength and mental balance. Yoga has become a universal language of spiritual exercise all across the globe. Even schools have considered incorporating yoga into their curriculum after noticing positive effects with children's breathing, focus, mindfulness and stress relief.

Yoga is an art form and discipline taken up by millions for varied reasons such as countering stress, curing health issues or for the mere love of meditation and exercise. Centuries have passed since yoga took shape transcending itself in to the modern world and becoming a lifestyle to many.

Yoga is a path towards spiritual enlightenment; a state of peace, tranquility and happiness. Ancient scripts state that yogis back in the day practiced yoga for hours in order to attain the highest level of consciousness. The roots of Yoga lie with Lord Shiva; named the Lord of Yoga by Indian mythology as he symbolizes the balancing and calming effect of all Yoga practices.

Abhinam Yoga Abhinam Yoga School in India caters to yoga enthusiasts, guiding and teaching various methods in order to better the individual’s enthusiasm for health and well being. A lifelong direction for the open minded individual, with an aim to achieve results never experienced before. Abhinam is a Sanskrit word when translated deciphers 'humble, ego-less, open to learn'.

It is crucial that modern yoga techniques do not replace the ancient old discipline in today's world and hence the Abhinam Yoga center abides by yoga scriptures from its very origin.
